Deesigns by Deena is committed to 100% Customer Satisfaction. We want you to be completely satisfied with your jewelry. We welcome any questions, comments and or suggestions you might have to make your shopping experience with us even more satisfying. All items are tested before shipment to ensure complete satisfaction of workmanship. All items are hand-made by Deena. If your item is in need of repair, we will be happy to repair it, shipping fees would be at your expense. All items are made with the finest materials with lots of tender loving care. Enjoy your Deesigns and know that it is a unique piece of art work that will be enjoyed by you in addition to anyone who sees you wearing it.

What type of payments does Deesigns by Deena accept?

Currently Deesigns by Deena accepts paypal purchases. With PayPal you can choose your method of payment, such as credit card or bank transfer. You do not need to sign on to PayPal to pay by credit card. If you choose to use a credit card, it will be billed immediately.

| What is Deesigns by Deena's Shipping Policy? |
Currently we ship within the United States. If you would like for us to ship outside of the United States, please contact Deesigns by Deena at deenagreenwood@comcast.net. You will receive e-mail notification from us when your item has been shipped. For your convenience your shipping fees will automatically be added into your shopping card at the time of check-out.

| What is Deesigns by Deena's Return Policy? |
If you are unsatisfied for any reason with your purchase, items will be accepted for return, merchandise credit or exchange only if returned in saleable condition (unbroken, with tag and receipt). Any returned gifts will receive a merchandise credit. To return any items notify us at deenagreenwood@comcast.net and then ship your items insured for the total amount to: Deesigns by Deena, 4817 Seven Trails Circle, Aberdeen, MD 21001. All custom orders are not eligible for return, credit or exchange.
